Yes! You can submit as many requests as you'd like, and we will work on them one at a time for the duration of your active membership. As soon as a video is approved, we'll move onto the next one!
Of course! We don't care who you make the videos for. You can request videos for your own business, your clients, or your own personal use. If you need to scale beyond our standard plans to accommodate your current video output, reach out to us and we'll create a custom plan for you.
Once you join, we will build your custom branded dashboard where all the magic happens. From there, we will send you your log in information and a brief onboarding video to show you the ropes. All of this happens within 24 hours. After that, you are off to the races and can submit your first request!
You can create live action product, sales, testimonial, UGC-style, montage-style, and brand videos with motion graphics that are a maximum duration of 3-minutes in any aspect ratio (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 3:4, 4:3, whatever you want!).
That's awesome! We can create custom, bespoke videos, commercials, documentaries (you name it). Inside your dashboard, you will find an area to request a quote for a video outside of the Momentous Unlimited scope. From there, we will price it out based on the brief you provide and, once approved, you will be billed separately from your subscription.
That depends on the type of video and whether it requires a shoot day or can all be done in post production with stock elements and motion graphics. But, you can expect the first draft of your video between 1-7 days.
Standard usage includes a global license in perpetuity for all social channels, internal uses, websites, paid ads, in-store, and television commercials. Generally speaking, you can use the videos for just about anything!

No, your commitment is only as long as the plan you choose. If you pay monthly, you are only committed to one month at a time. If you pay annually, you are committing to one-year at a time.
No, we don't take client calls, and here's why. The scheduling becomes an absolute nightmare. For that reason, we have created a state-of-the-art asynchronous briefing, bidding, and feedback system that ensures maximum efficiency between your team and ours.
If you somehow manage to sign up and pay by mistake, you can request a refund within 72 hours of purcashing and of course we will refund your money. However, anything beyond that, especially if work has been completed is non-refundable.
